Our work is 100% handcrafted, slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique artisan process and are to be expected. 

REFUNDS

We hope that you are delighted with your Kapsoura Candles purchase. However, If you are unhappy or unsatisfied please kindly email us and include order details within 14 days of receiving your product(s) we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. All returns will be at the discretion of Kapsoura Candles.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be damaged or faulty. Please be aware that we do not provide exchange or returns for change of mind. If the scent is not to your liking, we will happily offer an exchange. Kapsoura Candles is not liable for return shipping fees & damages if incurred. We politely encourage all customers to purchase our Discovery Set first so they may experience all fragrances and select the scent they like most before making other purchases.

Once we have received your product, returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. In the event that a refund (excluding the initial delivery charge) is given, it will be made against the original debit/credit card used. 

*If you have sent us a return without filing a returns claim first, a refund will not be processed. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange or refund was approved or not. If the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

DAMAGES

Each product is checked over prior to being sent to all customers. Kapsoura Candles is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership of the product. If the product is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately with relevant imagery & your order number. The damaged product must be in its original packaging. A new product(s) of the same previous purchase will be shipped out to you complimentary. Refunds will only be given on damaged products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
