Shipping policy

FREE Australian shipping on orders of $95+ only applies to full priced items. Our Australia post shipping rates are a flat rate of $15.00 automatically calculated at checkout during sale times. 

Kapsoura Candles ships orders Monday - Friday. Orders ship between 1 - 3 business days after they are placed. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or on Australian Public Holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number, please reach out to info@kapsouracandles.com.

Kapsoura Candles is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership of the product, If the product(s) is delivered damaged, please inform us immediately with photographic evidence and a new product of the same previous order will be shipped out complimentary. 

Kapsoura Candles has made minimal waste a part of our brand mission, therefore we do not include printed invoices in any of our Australian orders shipped. We provide electronic emailed invoices & we ask you, please consider the environment before printing.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please keep in mind that the cost of international shipping is based on current AusPost rates and are based on weight. 

All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the country to which they are shipped. These fees are not included in the price of the product(s) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Kapsoura Candles takes no responsibility, nor has any control over the rates, and processing time frames of customs in each country. Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.

As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees entail, we recommend to contact your country's custom office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside your country.
